I love DaVita’s mission of being a community first and company second and the strong focus on the Core Values. Leadership is also very intentional in development and growth, both personally and professionally: I have found mentors and made life-long friends throughout the Village who have shaped a lot of the person I am today. Lastly, DaVita has a feedback-rich culture that has helped me to constantly improve throughout my time here.

I found all my projects related to anemia management to be really impactful in improving clinical outcomes, keeping patient safety top of mind and being cost-effective. I've been able to see a tangible impact when we see improvements in doses and clinical metrics related to anemia like hemoglobin levels, and we're currently working on ways to be innovative and continuously improve our dosing protocols.

My advice for candidates is, be open-minded and really lean on your cohort if you ever need support. Everyone in Redwoods is amazing and are great resources given that analysts work in various teams across the Village.

I graduated from UCLA with a degree in statistics and am currently attending Harvard’s School of Public Health.

Fun fact: I swam the Alcatraz Sharkfest swim when I was 12. (There weren't any sharks, but I still swam as if there were!)
